John Coleman, Ph.D., has been a professor of economics at the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University since 1992. During this time he has taught extensively on issues of corporate finance, multinational firms, and global business. He has taught in Fuqua’s Global Executive MBA program, Fuqua’s flagship Executive MBA program marketed to high-level executives from around the world, since its inception in 1996. Mr. Coleman has written numerous articles on issues of financial markets, technology adoption, emerging economies, and economic development. From 1987 to 1992, he was an economist in the International Finance Division of the Federal Reserve Board. From 1986 to 1987, he was managing partner of Ibbotson Associates, a Chicago-based financial consulting firm. He received his Ph.D. in economics from the University of Chicago in 1987 and his Bachelor of Science in economics and political science from the University of Wisconsin in 1980. |

In 1996 Ms. Shikowitz launched Prodgenious to begin developing a miniature location device, then continued the project as part of eWatchDogs, which acquired Prodgenious in 2000. A patent for an intelligent remote location system was granted in 2003. On Track Technologies Incorporated purchased the patent in 2007. In 1990 Ms. Shikowitz co-founded PBT Technologies, which created a tape-emulation-based Image Archive System for medical imaging scanners. PBT Technologies grew to 3 million dollars in annual revenue, and was sold to Reel Emulation. In 1989 Ms. Shikowitz worked with Thacker Engineering to design all ASIC, RISC, and memory hardware for the Pegasys workstation, which provided over 30 million dollars of revenue for ADAC Laboratories. From 1987 to 1990 Ms. Shikowitz worked with Virtual Imaging to prototype all of the ASIC devices and printed circuit boards for the VIEW 2000 workstation, the first Windows-based medical imaging workstation, which generated over 10 million dollars of revenue between 1987 and 1991. |

Harry has served as President of Teledyne Systems Company, a $250 million design manufacturer of avionic systems. He has also served as corporate executive vice president of Litton Industries, Inc ($10B) until they were sold to Northrup Grumman, and senior vice president for Kaiser Aerospace ($3B). Harry has considerable experience in the Aerospace and Defense industries. |

Mr. Kaswell currently supervises the Corporate/Business Group of Van Scoyoc Kelly PLLC, a leading Washington, D.C. law firm. His career has spanned more than 40 years in the areas of corporate finance, private and public offerings, acquisitions, partnership and joint venture organization, and commercial law, as well as serving as an independent director to several publicly held corporations. He also has considerable experience in international business transactions and has authored several published articles on securities regulation and finance. Mr. Kaswell received his undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from Dartmouth College, graduated with honors from Harvard Law School, was a Rufus Choate Scholar and a Woodbury Law Fellow, and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He is a member of the Massachusetts and District of Columbia bars, and the American Bar Association. |

Euseekers “Zeke” Williams, Jr. is a retired Marine Corps Lieutenant Colonel and pilot. Zeke has over 20 years of experience, garnered from a variety of assignments, including: Director of Operations and Deputy Director of Operations of a 5,000-plus person organization, whose missions were to ensure the security of America’s embassies and consulates in over 170 countries, and sensitive U.S. Naval installations worldwide; Director of Maintenance for a fleet of 34 aircraft and 200 personnel; Special Assistant to Director of Personnel Programs, Secretary of the Navy Staff; Director of Logistics; Deputy Director of Safety and Standardization; Quality Assurance Manager; and Intelligence Officer. He has received numerous awards for his accomplishments. Zeke received a Bachelor of Arts in 1987 from Southern University and A&M College and an MBA in 2005 from the Fuqua School of Business, Duke University. |

Most recently she spent 12 years as a Director of Human Resources for Cisco systems, which included HR operations and staffing for Cisco’s international theaters, research and development, and global sales organization. Prior to Cisco, Mimi spent 11 years at IBM as an advisory systems engineer supporting IBM's largest customers in North Carolina. Ms. Fletcher has a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from the University of North Carolina in Charlotte. |
